WORST INDEED


It was time that we leave Mumbai, so I have to start packing all things up to be sent back home in churachandpur so started calling the packers and movers which I got it 5 days before we leave for Germany. And so here starts the problem, The next day they came for the packing of all the house hold things which we have to leave behind. They took 2 days to complete the packing as the thing were quite a bulk. I was a little aware that these people should or shouldn’t be trusted but I have to coz a saying goes if u trust some one then you gain back the trust. So after paying the half of the total amount, they started removing the things away from the apartment, as half would be paid on the spot where the thing would be delivered. On the 6th June 2008 we left India.

Handing over the matters to one of my sis. She can take it over and check the situation of the things sent as we have all the necessary contact details and address of the PnM(packers and movers). She called them up for the first time after a week or so and the reply was the things are in delhi.‘ WHAT’ ?????
This ain’t the route from Mumbai to Ccpur. So my suspection became worse. So I told my sis to check the situation day in and day out. The next response I hear was they were afraid to deliver the things back there as there were lots of killing incident so it might take a little longer. So still waiting and hoping all the things reach the destination safe and sound without something missing.

Then weeks passes by, then months with lots of excuses behind. So many a times I called up to check the situation, after 5 long long months which I got the response that someone have to come and take it from Delhi. O GOD! WHAT A WORST SERVICE, and my sis fly from IMP to DEL to tackle with this so called VAI, KOL, MAYANG etc. etc…..And my sis went to the given add, my God the company is hardly surviving and closed the first day she went there. The next day she tried again without losing hope, and so at last she could take all the things away from the Godown of them. I decided I would like to see the condition of the things as I was the one present while packing the things out there in Mumbai. So while my sis was in delhi with the things I came to Delhi in the month of November, before I reach there all the things which were taken from the PnM had been away from delhi to Ccpur with another PnM with some breakable things left behind as the new one won’t agree to carry the breakable things.

Reaching delhi the first thing I wish to hear is about the things and what else, the report was quite OK but seeing the things that was left behind stillls doubt me. And so after 10 days in Del and Ccpur I have to leave again, the follow up was again with my sis. At last in the mid November the things reach its destination with lots of missings. What else can we do , do we have to be happy as the things reach its destination or do we have Another choice. Do I have to cry over the spilt milk???? Can somebody tell me?
